How we work

Sketch or send in your old part

We can take a sketch, photo or the old part itself in order to make a CAD model of the new one.

Chat to us

Once we have your sketch part/ etc we will schedule a phone call to discuss your requirements.

CAD design

Once we have provided a cost estimate from your sketch and we’re agreed on a way forward, we’ll produce a drawing.

CAD model sent to you for confirmation

We’ll send a fully dimensioned drawing so that you can check the part will fit correctly. In some cases we can 3D print a trial part to test fit for accuracy.

Production of your part

Once we’ve agreed the part details we will produce your part/ assembly.

Your part arrives

Once the production process is complete, you’ll receive your part in the post (in some cases we can assist with fitting as well).

Marine Experience, Engineering Excellence.

Technical Solutions

Using CAD, 3D scanning, 3D printing and computer aided manufacturing we can produce highly technical items for your yacht, dinghy, workboat or superyacht. From engine mounts to custom rig parts to something as small as a stanchion base, we use modern techniques to produce parts accurately, rapidly and repeatably. We understand marine engineering, and will select the most suitable materials for the harsh marine environment and can advise on the correct choice for the use-case and budget as required.

Rapid Manufacturing

By using CAD modelling we can ‘trial fit’ parts even before they are manufactured. Designs of parts can be sent electronically for approval and travel time to and from the vessel is minimised. Once the design is confirmed we proceed to manufacturing, either in-house or from one of our suppliers and can provide the full end-to-end service with fitting of the part also possible.
