We have a library of previously generated CAD models, but we will create a unique design in most cases. Below is a tiny fraction of all the designs we’ve made previously, but should provide an idea of the CAD model you can expect to receive as the project moves forward. Our CAD process is used to communicate to you what you will be receiving as a finished part, but it also enables our manufacturing process, as the majority of our parts require a CAD model to program our machines, or to ensure a precise fit against the original components. We will also produce fully dimensioned 3-view drawings as well as the 3D CAD model.
In the pictures below there are models for a line diverter, radar pole mount (with nav light, GPS aerial and VHF aerial mounts and outboard crane and mast steps to get to the items on top), a bracket for yacht leg stowage and an end cap for a genoa track that was no longer produced.
